- Description: Provides assistance to eligible residents to buy healthy and nutritious foods. Benefits are issue monthly on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. EBT card is use like a debit card to buy food at participating retailers.
Using EBT for online purchases

Provides CalFresh replacement benefits (PSPS) and CalFresh Disaster benefits (disasters) services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and disasters.
